Privacy Policy

This site (parbonibose.com and its subdomains) is operated by Parboni Pallav Bose. This page explains what data is collected across the public portfolio and the private working dashboard, and how it’s used.

Public portfolio (parbonibose.com)

Analytics

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to see aggregate visitor counts — pageviews, referring page, country, device type, and browser. This is privacy-focused analytics: no cookies, no individual tracking, no personal data collected or stored.

Contact form

Submitting the contact form sends your message directly to Parboni’s email via a transactional email service (Resend) — the name, email, and message you provide are relayed by email and are not stored in any database.

Private dashboard (dashboard.parbonibose.com)

This is a private, single-user tool used only by Parboni Pallav Bose to track project applications, deadlines, and related files. It is not a public product and does not accept sign-ups.

Google Drive

The dashboard connects to one Google account (the owner’s own) to store files — photographs and documents — attached to tracked applications and projects. It requests Google’s drive.file scope, which limits it to only the files and folders it creates itself — it cannot see or modify any other files in that Google Drive.

Supabase

Application data (projects, deadlines, contacts, notes) is stored in a private Supabase database, accessible only to the account owner.

Claude (Anthropic)

When importing application details from a URL, the page’s text — and, for Instagram posts, the linked image — is sent to Anthropic’s API to extract structured details for review before saving.

No data from either the portfolio or the dashboard is sold or shared with third parties beyond the service providers named above, which are used solely to operate the site and dashboard.
